Customer Service and Technical Support |

Our regular office hours
are Tuesday through Friday, 9am - 4:30pm, Central Time. Fashion
Design Online is closed Saturday through Monday and all major US holidays.
You may send us email and faxes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
including holidays. After hours, weekends, and holiday
correspondance will be answered as soon as possible but most likely
no later than by the next business day. We strive to reply to
any call, email or fax within hours, but no more than one business
day. Please try to contact us again, if you have not heard back from
us within a day or two. Please use the following information when
