Use of FashionDesignOnline.com

All users must provide truthful and accurate information when joining and participating in the Student Union. This includes information required to create a student union account and participate in class discussions. Using a false or incomplete name or e-mail address, or impersonating another member, will result in immediate removal of your student union account.

Please review our Privacy Policy for information regarding the use of personal information provided to Fashion Design Online. Please review our Cancellations and Refunds Policy prior to registering for a class.

Class Start Dates

 All live classes have been recorded and are available for immediate purchase and download.

Sharing Accounts

Accounts created in Fashion Design Online are individual and the account's name and e-mail address must be specific to that user. Accounts and classes may not be shared under any circumstances. Sharing member information or allowing others to access your account will result in removal of the member account. Course refunds will not be issued after a removal.

Transferring Classes

Class registration is not transferrable. Once you have registered and paid for class, it cannot be transferred to anyone else. Please review our Cancellations and Refunds Policy prior to registering for a class.

Posting Materials

You are entirely responsible for all material that you transmit to our website including our messages posted in our student union, pictures posted in our photo albums, and participation in class discussions. Fashion Design Online does not control material posted by users of our website and does not guarantee its accuracy, integrity or quality. However, Fashion Design Online reserves the right to remove any material posted if it deems it to be of a harrassing, libelous, pornographic or otherwise harmful nature. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and at any time, to make any changes, modifications, amendments, alterations, and or deletions to any material posted at FashionDesignOnline.com.

By using the Fashion Design Online website and registering for our services and classes, you agree to the following specific terms of use:

• Not to post any material in which you do not personally own the copyright;
• Not to post any material that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• Not to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Not to post any material that is defamatory, harassing, obscene or of a pornographic nature;
• Not to post any material that contains any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer; programming routines that are intended to cause harm or surreptitiously intercept data or personal information;
• Not to post material in connection with any junk e-mail, spam, or unsolicited messages, commercial or otherwise.

Reproduction and Distribution of Class Materials

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, give away, sell, resell, assign, license, or sub-license ANY materials provided to you through Fashion Design Online including, but not limited to, PDF documents, software applications, and audio and video training files. You further agree to the terms as specified in our Intellectual Property and Copyrights Notice.

Adherence to Security Mechanisms

You agree not to bypass or attempt to bypass the authentication and security mechanisms maintained by FashionDesignOnline.com or reverse engineer the software or class materials provided on this website.

1. Only users who have registered and paid for our classes will be allowed to view the private sections of our student union.
2. You may not post information of a harrassing, libelous, or confidential nature or information invasive of another's personal privacy rights. Rudeness will not be tolerated. Posters are expected to treat others on this site with courtesy.
3. Allowing access to the site to anyone not registered for a class on the site is prohibited.
4. Sending information posted on this site to anyone not registered for a class on this site is considered an invasion of privacy and is prohibited.
5. Sending email addresses or other personal information published on this site to anyone not registered on this site without the permission of the owner of the information is prohibited.
6. Any messages or information you post to the student union may or may not be displayed at the sole discretion of the site operator.
7. Posting of illegal materials or material in which you do not hold the copyright is prohibited. You must obey all applicable local laws, including those of the server and site owner.
8. Commercial advertising is prohibited without the express written permission of Fashion Design Online.
9. This Student Union is provided as a service by Fashion Design Online to its customers and your usage of this service may be terminated at any time by the site operator without prior notice.
10. Information submitted to this site should not be considered confidential or private and may be revealed as part of normal system operations. No warranty of service is implied.
