Cancellations and Refunds
Please review
our Cancellations and Refunds policy carefully. Once you have registered and paid for a Fashion Design
Online class, you will be bound by the terms of this policy. Since Fashion Design Online sells
non-tangible irrevocable goods and services, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
You may cancel any class prior to its posted start date and receive a refund of the class price
less a 5% service charge.
You may cancel a class after the FIRST class lesson has been posted but before the SECOND class lesson is
posted and receive a refund of the class price less a 15% service charge.
NO refunds will be given after the SECOND lesson in the class has been posted.
All other refunds will be at the discretion of Fashion Design Online.
To receive your refund, you will be required to deactivate the Pattern Editor software and submit
a deactivation code to us.
All cancellations must be made in writing and either faxed to us at 615-952-3304 or emailed to
info@fashiondesignonline.com.
Cancellations made over the phone or left on our voice mail will not be accepted.
A minimum of 10 students are required to hold a class. We reserve the right to cancel a class if
there are fewer than 10 students registered. If we cancel a class, you will receive a refund for the full registration fee.
NO refunds will be given if you are removed from a class for violation of the Fashion Design
Online Terms of Use and Intellectual Property and Copyright Policies.
It is your responsibility to review these policies carefully prior to registering for a class.
