Cancellations and Refunds
 

Please review our Cancellations and Refunds policy carefully. Once you have registered and paid for a Fashion Design Online class, you will be bound by the terms of this policy. Since Fashion Design Online sells non-tangible irrevocable goods and services, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

  • You may cancel any class prior to its posted start date and receive a refund of the class price less a 5% service charge.

  • You may cancel a class after the FIRST class lesson has been posted but before the SECOND class lesson is posted and receive a refund of the class price less a 15% service charge.

  • NO refunds will be given after the SECOND lesson in the class has been posted.

  • All other refunds will be at the discretion of Fashion Design Online.

  • To receive your refund, you will be required to deactivate the Pattern Editor software and submit a deactivation code to us.

  • All cancellations must be made in writing and either faxed to us at 615-952-3304 or emailed to info@fashiondesignonline.com.  Cancellations made over the phone or left on our voice mail will not be accepted.

  • A minimum of 10 students are required to hold a class. We reserve the right to cancel a class if there are fewer than 10 students registered. If we cancel a class, you will receive a refund for the full registration fee.

  • NO refunds will be given if you are removed from a class for violation of the Fashion Design Online Terms of Use and Intellectual Property and Copyright Policies. It is your responsibility to review these policies carefully prior to registering for a class.
